Fresh Fish Delivered Daily

Our walk-in fridge is small by design (more like: tiny).
It is for prepping and marinating—not long-term storage. We receive fresh fish every day (sometimes twice a day). Ask our vendors—they deliver more than our fridge can even hold.

Chef-Selected Quality

Our head chef hand-selects every fish we serve and sends back anything that doesn’t meet our standards. In summer, we even grow our own vegetables—organic, fresh, and full of flavor.
